Routines are parents’ best friends!

During the first 5 years of age, kids require a lot of language stimulation, exploration and play time.

While you find yourself busy all day between your duties or office hours, it might be hard for you to enjoy a 1:1 time with your little ones.

What do you think if I tell you there are 1:1 times already added to your schedule that you might be missing!

Luckily there are Routines that are set to get you covered!

In every home there must be some daily routines; bath time, changing diapers, dressing time, car time, meal preparation, dining time, bed time..

I hope you’re not missing those or asking someone else to cover them because I am about to reveal some secrets!

The key element in learning is ... you guessed it right, it’s repetition!

Routines are all about repetition; now imagine if you incorporate language to each action you do or object you use and you get to repeat it every single day if not twice or more per day! I know! It’s amazing how much your child can get to learn between vocabulary, verbs, sentences...

It’s not all! Another secret is that we learn better when we are engaged in the activity and if it is all about us!

Now your child would love to learn more about his own body parts, personal objects and toys, favorite food and places...

Enjoy those gifted times, don’t rush and always remember to keep it fun!

Happy learning!
